How I help
There’s a whole operation behind a great channel. I connect the creative work with the day-to-day that gets it finished.
I coordinate your team, track deadlines and keep reviews and uploads moving. You get a clear picture of what’s happening across one channel or several.
Need more people, more output or a better process? I help with recruitment, onboarding and the production systems that give everyone a clear job to do.
Editing is where I started. I bring that experience to the cut, the feedback and the final video, with your audience and channel style in mind.
The work behind the uploads
Long relationships. Growing teams.
Here’s what working with me looks like.
Managing at scale
I run eight of Garrett’s channels, working with a team of around 100 people. Nine years into the partnership, we’re still growing.
My role is keeping that operation connected: the people, the production and the work moving across every channel.
Room to grow
Jelly is getting back into GTA, with plans to increase output substantially. My production systems give us the structure to support that expansion.
The focus is on making more possible: keeping the team organised and production clear as the workload grows.
What’s nextSupporting the next expansion in output.
Building the team
Wacka came to me wanting to build a team. We put the planning in, built the operation and have grown together.
Now we’re pushing for higher quality and daily content across all of his channels, with the team and production process to support that ambition.
What’s nextHigher quality. Working towards daily uploads.

Experience you work with directly
I started editing professionally in 2016. Over 14,000 videos have since passed through my hands across editing, channel management and production.
I’ve spent years building teams, keeping busy channels moving and working through what happens between the idea and the upload. That experience is what I bring to your channel.
Cutscene is me. From our first conversation onwards, you work directly with Tom.

Let’s work out what you need.
Yes. I can work alongside the people you already have, helping with coordination, deadlines, feedback and production. We’ll start with what’s working and where you need support.
That’s a big part of my work. I currently run eight of JoblessGarrett’s channels. We can look at the people, workload and publishing plans across your channels, then agree what I’ll manage.
Yes. I can help plan the roles you need, recruit and onboard people, and put a production process around the team. That’s how my work with Wacka began.
Yes. I offer editing as well as channel management and production support. Send me your channel and what you need, and we’ll talk through the scope and availability.
Message me on X with your channel link, who’s currently on your team and what you want help with. We’ll discuss the scope, availability and pricing before agreeing any work.
No. Cutscene is my management and production service. Slate is the separate workspace I’m building for YouTube teams. We’ll choose a way of working that suits your team.
